What We Are Looking For
General Contractor Criteria
We are looking for experienced Los Angeles-based professionals who meet the following:
- 10+ years of real estate industry experience
- 5+ years of experience with the types of projects Gatsby develops
- A strong track record of completed deals
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Southern California market
- Strong understanding of zoning laws and building codes in Southern California
- Proper licensing and insurance
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work within various budgets
Subcontractor Criteria
We are seeking reliable Los Angeles-based subcontractors across all major trades, including:
