Over the years, Dan has been directly involved in a wide range of projects, including multifamily value-add and ground-up developments, single-family fix-and-flips, luxury homes, and raw land investments.

Before his real estate career, Dan built one of the largest and most successful printing companies in the country, transforming a small local shop into a nationwide enterprise. In just 15 years, he grew the business to generate over $75 million in annual revenue, with more than 500 employees and operations across the U.S. Zoo Printing became the first company in the nation to develop software for accepting online orders, transforming how the printing industry operated.
