The Gatsby Investment Referral Program rewards existing clients and real estate professionals who introduce new investors to our platform. When a referred investor joins Gatsby and makes an investment, you earn a commission based on their investment amount.
This program rewards clients and partners who help introduce others to Gatsby and connect them with quality real estate investment opportunities.
Who Can Participate
This program is open to the following groups:
- Existing Gatsby Investment clients
- Real estate agents and brokers
- Architects, interior designers and engineers
How It Works
- Log In: Access your Gatsby Investment account.
- Go to the Referral Page: Open the Information tab and select Investor Referrals.
- Submit Your Referral: Enter your referral’s full name and contact details before they create a Gatsby Investment account.
- We Follow Up: Our team will contact your referral directly or through your introduction.
- Earn Commission: Once your referral makes their first investment, you’ll earn a 1% commission on any additional investments they make within the next 3 months.
Commission Structure
Participants earn a 1% commission on their referral’s total investment amount made within the first 3 months following their initial investment with Gatsby. For example, if a referred investor contributes $100,000, the referrer earns a $1,000 commission.
Investments made after the 3-month period do not qualify for referral commission. Commissions are calculated quarterly based on completed investments, and if total annual commissions exceed $600, Gatsby Investment will issue a 1099 tax form for reporting purposes. All earned commissions are reviewed and paid at the end of the quarter following the investment period.
Referral Guidelines
- Referrals must be submitted through your Gatsby account before the prospective client creates a Gatsby Investment account.
- Only new investors with no prior Gatsby account qualify for referral commissions.
- Commissions apply to any investments made by the referred investor within 3 months of their initial investment.
- Referrals should be trusted contacts you personally know and have discussed Gatsby with, such as friends, family, colleagues, or professional partners. Please submit only genuine, qualified referrals who have expressed interest in learning more.
- Public advertising, solicitation, or the use of Gatsby’s name, logo, or brand materials to attract clients is not permitted. Referrals must come through personal, one-on-one relationships, not public promotion.
Get Started
Log in to your Gatsby Investment account, go to the Information tab, and open Investor Referrals to submit your referral.
