Commission Details
- 1% referral commission based on the construction value
- Commission capped at $25,000 per project
- Paid upon qualifying project milestones (as outlined in the referral agreement)

Referral Guidelines
- Referrals must be submitted through your Gatsby account before Gatsby engages with the client.
- Clients must be new to Gatsby and not previously engaged with our development team.
- Referrals must be personal, direct relationships (no public advertising or solicitation).
- Referral fees apply only to approved development projects managed by Gatsby.
